Payment Gateway

We may provide paid products and/or services within Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

Payment Failure

In case of failed payment the amount will be refunded within 7 to 14 working days. Please try again by changing your browser or write to us at: info@internpark.com

Any discounts for early bird/group bookings/etc?

Yes we have Early Bird for participants. Please take a look at the program webpage.

Can I get the invoice to claim reimbursement?

Yes, as soon as you make the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice.

Can I get a refund if I want to discontinue the journey in between?

Sorry, refunds are not possible.

What modes of payment can I use?

You can use credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, and UPI to make payments.

Can I use an international card for payment?

At the time of payment, you can check which payment modes are available via PhonePay – you can choose the suitable one.

What if I mistakenly paid twice?

You will be refunded the amount. Please share both the payment details from your registered email address to : info@internpark.com

What about mentoring and coaching journeys?

Please note that InternPark does not provide any refunds for online/in-person mentoring/coaching, courses and workshops. Once you have made a purchase and gained access to our educational materials or mentor/coach no refunds will be granted.

Refund for in-person workshops and events.

INCASE OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS related to PUBLIC HEALTH, or NATURAL DISASTER at any given point of time; if the workshop/event is cancelled by InternPark, only 10% of administrative processing fee will be deducted, the remainder to be refunded in full.

A proxy or substitute participant is allowed to attend the workshop, with prior intimation and mutual consent, at no additional cost.

We have a strict NO-REFUND policy for cancellations by the participant -
