GenConnect is a program designed by MentorPark to bridge the intergenerational gap and help businesses create a truly inclusive and collaborative workplace. Valerie Sinha

Founder MentorPark

Valerie Sinha is an alumni of Columbia Business School and Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. After working for 25 years as a Talent Transformation and Learning and Development leader with leading corporations like Cipla, Mahindra, Tata and GE, she launched MentorPark in Nov 2023. She is on a mission to nurture India’s young talent. In her free-time she mentors' women leaders through community #togetherwecan. She is a thought leader in learning and talent transformation.
